College Apartments
The college apartments were built in the residential neighborhood on Ridge Road (just east of campus) in the early 1970s. The one-bedroom units house traditional students; limited housing is available for married students upon request.
The air-conditioned apartments provide a more independent living environment for upper-class students while retaining campus connections. A board plan is required for students living in apartments without kitchens.
The application for College Apartments with Kitchens will open on Thursday, February 26, 2026.  Students must have a yellow or blue room draw card (indicating senior status) to apply for a College Apartment with a kitchen. The application deadline is noon on Thursday, March 5, 2026.Â
The application for College Apartments without Kitchens will open on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The application deadline is noon on Monday, April 13, 2026.
No late applications will be accepted.

Married Student and Family Apartments – Building 604
Housing for married students and students with children is available in College Apartments at 604 Ridge Road. There are a limited number of one- and two-bedroom apartments which are assigned through the Residence Life office on a space-available basis. Priority is given to returning residents that are married and/or have children. Married students and students with children are not permitted to live in any other housing on campus. 604 Floor Plan
