Black Student Union
The purpose of the organization shall be to serve as a cultural, social, and support center for all students of African descent as well as our allies. Primarily, the BSU will be committed to the growth and well being of the community with emphasis on the black population. To do this the organization will take a three pronged approach, that is focused on the black students, the campus community, and the community at large.
The Black Student Union is striving to maintain the black community on campus during this pandemic and period of online learning. As an organization, we want BSU to be a space that encourages making connections, building relationships, and providing outreach for students of color.
