Every five years, TRIO programs across the country compete nationally for continued funding.

“These scholarships are more than financial support — they’re a recognition of our students’ resilience, leadership and academic excellence,” said Jennifer Hanifl, director of TRIO Student Support Services.

Luther College announced that 268 students graduated in the spring of 2025.

“In Megan Wilson, Luther College and Norse athletics has found a strategic leader that will make an immediate impact on the culture of excellence and achievement that we are building together,” President Brad Chamberlain said.Â

Since 2007, Luther students have initiated and led 24 different summer Projects for Peace programs globally.

With more than two decades of experience in student affairs and student-facing offices, Julie Thornton joins Luther College.

Kellen DeKok, Lydia Gruenwald, Alexia Murano and Cassandra Norton were selected to be teaching assistants.

Luther College’s spring 2025 Dean’s List includes 563 students, with 57 first-years, 119 sophomores, 141 juniors and 246 seniors.

“Luther was honored to receive an invitation from the Midwest Conference, and we look forward to joining the league in 2026,” said President Brad Chamberlain.
