Luther College Counseling Service (LCCS) is committed to the promotion and celebration of diversity in all of its forms. We are committed to provide a safe, welcoming, and affirming environment for all persons that seek our services.
Counseling services are provided at no cost for currently enrolled students and are confidential.
During the 2020-21 academic year LCCS will remain full operational while serving students via tele-mental health services, as it has been since March 2020. Should the use of tele-mental health not be readily accessible for a student, LCCS will support that student in considering and accessing options to meet their needs (including use of alternative private space, accessing technology, and/or use of phone communication).
Counseling Service is closed for the summer for student counseling after May 13th, 2021. We will begin to take appointments beginning the first day of classes, September 1st, 2021.
LCCS will provide campus with regular updates regarding workshops, outreach groups, events, and service changes through several channels:
