Description of Daily Sessions
Session 1 Technical (9:30–11:30 a.m.)
Speed and agility exercises, circuit training designed to improve all aspects of their technical game: shooting, passing and receiving, dribbling, technical moves, and defending. There will be a progression as the week goes on to build on the previous day. Each session will conclude with a competitive themed game.
Session 2 Skill Games (2:30–4:00 p.m.)
The skill game session provides fun and challenging activities where our campers can hone their specific skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, and juggling. Skill games will include soccer, tennis, horseshoes, goalie wars, power shot, and many more.
Check-in will be held on July 24 from 9–9:30 a.m. at the Luther College Soccer Fields. Camp fee must be paid in full during online registration prior to first day of camp.
Check Out and Pickup
Day campers can be picked up after the final training session each day at the Regents Center north parking lot—south of the soccer field.
On the final day, there will be a closing ceremony from 5–5:30 p.m. that includes a highlight video of the camp. All parents are invited to join. Details of the location of the closing ceremony will be shared closer to the start of camp.
