Music Scholarships

Music scholarships: three trumpet students perform

Luther offers a wide variety of scholarships and awards based on musical talent, regardless of chosen major. Music scholarships are added to any academic scholarship and most are renewable up to four years. Awarded scholarships are issued to students who have been admitted to Luther and can include the following:

Special gifts in direct support of Luther’s program of financial assistance have established a number of scholarships for Luther students. Endowed Scholarships annually assist a large number of upper-class music majors who meet the eligibility conditions specified for each scholarship. Recipients of these scholarships are selected by the faculty and the student financial aid office.
