Transitioning Digital Services for Graduating Seniors

Here at Luther, we value our graduates and continually strive to provide meaningful ways for them to stay connected to each other and the Luther community. It’s also important to us that our graduates make a smooth transition to life after college, including with their digital services. To help with that process, here is important information:

If you are a May 2019 through August 2019 graduate:

  • Provide your personal non-Luther email account by completing the May 2019 Graduate Contact form by Friday, May 17, 2019.
  • If you don’t already have a non-Luther email account, create one at
  • Please continue to check your Luther email account for school-related email prior to graduation.
  • Norse Apps will no longer be available to you after March 31, 2020.

Information for all other graduates:

  • Students graduating December 2019 and beyond will retain their Norse Apps account for about 6 months after their last day of attendance.
  • The timeline for current alumni who are not employees is linked to an alumni engagement initiative that is under development and will be shared with the Luther community at a later date.
  • Alumni who are Luther employees will not retain their Norse Apps account if their Luther employment ends.
  • Luther alumni who begin working at Luther upon graduation will have a shorter window for transitioning their information.

Once you graduate from Luther and become a Luther alumnus/alumna, the following services will no longer be available to you:

  • Norse Apps (e.g. Google Email, Docs, etc.): Norse Apps will no longer be available to you according to the timeline list above. Prior to that date, you should transition any needed emails, contacts, or files to another account. We recommend that you create a Google account at if you don’t already have a non-Luther email account.   • Office 365 Education: Office 365 Education will no longer be available. Move OneDrive content to another storage location.
  • LyndaCampus: LyndaCampus will no longer be accessible through If you want to continue using this software, you may sign up at
