Technology Help Desk Hub for NICC residents

Welcome to Luther! You'll have access to some of the same services that current Luther students use and we'll help you use them if you have problems.

Your Norse Key and ID card

When you become a resident, you’ll receive an email with your username and password, which we call a “Norse Key“. You’ll use it connect to the internet, print, log into lab computers, view financial information in Norse Hub, and sign into any other service we provide. Immediately after you retrieve your credentials, log into mylogin.luther.edu so that you can change your password and set up MFA.

When you log into many of these places, you’ll go through Luther’s common login portal. If you ever have problems logging in, start with our guide page, Signing in to Luther Services.

Once you’re on campus, you’ll also get a physical ID card. You’ll use that to get into your residence hall, checkout books from the Library, and it’s one way to pay in the Caf or the Bookshop.
