Norby House
Norby House is a college-owned residence located at 318 Riverview Dr. It has basic dorm style rooms available to rent overnight for accommodations of speakers, adjunct faculty, job candidates, performing artists, etc. The house includes shared restroom facilities, kitchen with basic cooking supplies (food is not provided) and an open gathering area with a television.
- Contact should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Be prepared to give your Datatel account number for a Luther department charge.
- Cancel reservations immediately when the room is not needed. There is often a waiting list for accommodations. There will be a $20.00 charge assessed to the person or department for failure to notify the manager of a cancellation.
- All rooms must be vacated by 10am unless special arrangements have been previously made through Facilities.
- Norby House is not available for faculty or staff wishing to house relatives or friends.
- There is no smoking allowed on the premises (inside or outside).
- No pets are allowed in the guest rooms, other than those medically necessary
