The Graduation Application is required in order to be considered a degree candidate and be included in the commencement ceremony. Complete the form below or in person in the Registrar’s Office by mid-term of the Fall semester of your graduating year.
Each student is given one opportunity to participate in commencement exercises, held once each year, in May. You are expected to attend unless you notify us otherwise. If you decide not to show up for the ceremony, you cannot attend the following year.
In order to participate in a ceremony, you must have earned 116 hours by the end of May.
Degrees are posted to official transcripts after final grades are submitted and program evaluations are reviewed for completion. Your diploma will be mailed to your permanent address.
Replacement diplomas are available for a fee and can be requested by contacting the Registrar's office at [email protected].
The transcript is the official certifying document of degrees. To order your official transcript, complete a Transcript Request.
