Image Management Agreement with Ricoh

In an effort to seek College-wide cost savings and improve efficiencies, Luther is collaborating with Ricoh to change the way that we provide and maintain our printers and copiers. We are moving to an 'Image Management Agreement'. This means that Ricoh will manage, assign and service all print devices across campus and Luther will continue to pay Ricoh on a per-click basis.

User Services Meeting 2/19/18

The User Services team meets twice each month. At this week's meeting, we discussed: Cultural Competency, Laptop Demo, Summer Student Workers, Image Changes for Summer 2018, Software/Setup During Refreshes, lyndaCampus Pilot, Bidding Policy, and Android AirServer Testing.

admin1 and academic shared drive server maintenance 1/16/18 at 5PM - Complete

Update 6:20PM: Admin1 is now back online.

Update 6:00PM: Academic is currently back online. Admin1 will be down for a little while longer.

Today, prior to 5:00 p.m., please shut down your Luther computer. From 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. CST today (Tuesday, 1/16/18), ITS will be performing maintenance on the admin1 and academic shared drives, often known as the H, S, T, and U drives. We will update the ITS Blog at www.luther.edu/its/blog/ when the shared drive systems are available. If you have questions, please contact the Technology Help Desk at [email protected] or x1000.
