SPIN Theatre presents 'After Dark'

Luther College's SPIN Theater presents their musical Theatre Cabaret "After Dark," as they explore what happens when the sun goes down.

With doors opening at 7:30 p.m. for an 8 p.m. show Saturday, Oct. 20, in the Center for the Arts atrium, SPIN's production is open to the public with no charge for admission. SPIN Theatre Company will also be selling "Spooky" treats at their performance.

With performances that are lustful, vengeful, humorously seductive and much more, SPIN Theatre brings together pieces from 20 different shows to cater to the varied interests of every audience member. Some performances will include; "Hellfire" from "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," "Chicago's" "Cell Block Tango" performed by the Six Merry Murderesses of Winneshiek County and "Let's Misbehave" from "Anything Goes".

Orchesis, a student-led dance group at Luther, has choreographed several pieces which will be featured in the show.

SPIN Theatre places an emphasis on bringing students from all different academic years and disciplines together to build a show, and this performance is no exception.
