Three Luther College staff members paired with three students from Luther's ballroom club go head to head in the annual performance of "Dancing with the Luther Stars."

The event is sponsored by Luther College Ballroom and Swing, Student Senate and SAC Special Events.

Ticket Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9-10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.-3 p.m.; Tuesday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; with extended hours on Thursdays, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
"Dancing with the Luther Stars" features staff members Bradley Phillips, Luther campus programming assistant and box office manager, Erin Zidlicky, Luther Help Desk lead, and Justin Scardina, Luther catering director. Phillips is partnered with Kjerstin Nelson, Luther senior; Zidlicky is partnered with Jason Sczypiorski, Luther senior; Scardina is partnered with Natalie Wade, Luther senior.
This year, along with the chance to be Luther's next dance "star," the dancers will also be competing for a charity of their choice. A portion of the show's proceeds will go to each of the charities selected. Phillips is competing for Decorah's Community Free Clinic; Zidlicky is competing for Decorah Kids Lunch Club; and Scardina is competing for Stop Hunger. Donations will also be accepted at the doors if there is further interest in supporting these charities.
The duos began practicing at the beginning of the academic year, and will each present two dances to a panel of judges. Both the judges and the audience will decide the winners. The audience will vote using a voting system available on mobile phones to choose their favorite couple, allowing them to help decide who will go home with the "Dancing with the Luther Stars" trophy.
