Volda, Norway (Volda University College)

The Volda program offers students the opportunity to study in English at a Norwegian college. Volda University College is a small institution known for its lively academic and social environment and is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Possible course options include Religion in Norway, The Norwegian Welfare State, and Visual Communication.

Eligibility: Second-semester sophomores, juniors, seniors; 2.5 minimum GPA

Financial aid:
Students should refer to the Financial Aid Office for information on financial aid eligibility. Students who receive Pell Grants as a portion of their financial aid package are also eligible to apply for a federal Gilman Scholarship (competitive). Students may also apply for a Wigeland Scholarship for Study in Scandinavia through Luther College. Please note: application for the Wigeland must be made in the fall semester of the year before study on the program.
