Gerdin Fieldhouse for Athletics and Wellness Ribbon Cutting

The public ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a light reception, donor recognition viewing, and optional tours.
Lunch in the Cafeteria (on your own)

11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Enjoy lunch in the Cafeteria with reserved seating on the north side for donors and guests, hosted by Luther student leaders. $13.25 per person, payable at the Cafeteria entrance when you arrive.
Donor Recognition and Appreciation Event
Peace Dining Room, Dahl Centennial Union
1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Arrive at 1:00 p.m. for registration and a welcome reception featuring hearty hors d’oeuvres and time to visit with student hosts and fellow donors. The program will begin at 1:30 p.m. and includes a conversation with President Chamberlain; reflections from students; and recognition of new Life Members of the President’s Council, newly established Legacy Trust scholarships, and new Heritage Club members.
Immediately following the program, New Life Members and New Heritage Club members are invited to take a photo with President Chamberlain in Addams Lounge (near Admissions).

Spring Opera Performances, Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9
The Miller’s Daughter performances will take place on Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for Faith and Life. The production, by an Iowa-based composer, will be directed by Carla Hanson, instructor in music voice at Luther College, with musical direction by Dr. Nicholas Shaneyfelt, associate professor of music in collaborative piano. Tickets may be purchased at tickets.luther.edu.
