The Digital Content team is positioned to serve the production goals of the Marketing team and the greater campus community. Our support role is defined differently for each project or event through a blend of creative production and/or technical event support.
Our team supports the Luther community’s needs including:
- Event support – Audio, projection, event coordination, etc.
- Video and Zoom conferencing requests
- Video recording and editing requests
- Technology purchase advice
- Live streaming of high-profile events on campus such as opening convocations and commencement
Digital Content requests require seven days notice due to finite resources and time for setup. Attempts will be made to accommodate last minute requests or changes, but cannot be guaranteed. In most cases, our staff will be available for setup and tear-down of on-campus events contingent upon their availability. Support may be limited during busier times of the year.
