2025 Open Enrollment
2025 Employee Benefits Guide summarizes the updated employee benefit options that will begin January 1st, 2025.
Dates: Thursday, October 31st through November 15th
Benefit-eligible faculty and staff may enroll in benefits via Norse Hub. See here for step-by-step instructions to make eligible elections including:
- Enroll in, drop, or make changes to health or dental insurance coverage (move from one plan to another, drop or add dependents, etc)
- Update your 2025 Health Savings Account contribution elections (can be updated during the year)
- Make 2025 Flexible Spending Account contribution elections (cannot be updated during the year)
- Add or increase voluntary life insurance coverage, subject to evidence of insurability
