A Luther College tradition continues this year with the return of "Paideia Texts and Issues Lecture Series." Since 1983, Luther faculty have presented research from a variety of disciplines, centered on a common theme. This year the focus is on "Resistance and Resilience."

The Passing Zone "Saves the World" will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 in the Main Hall of the Center for Faith and Life. From the Tonight Show to America's Got Talent, Luther alumnus Jon Wee '88 and Owen Morse are the hilarious duo who take juggling to a surprisingly dangerous level in an effort to "save the world."

Luther received a STARS Gold rating from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education. AASHE also ranked Luther in the top ten baccalaureate institutions in the U.S. in their “2019 Sustainable Campus Index” report.
