Implicit bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. These biases, which encompass both favorable and unfavorable assessments, are activated involuntarily and without an individual's awareness and or intentional control. Participants will engage in a series of interactive exercises to better understand the origins of unconscious bias and the ways that they are internalized. Explicit bias will also be explored.
