ReST is a 4-week course that offers exercises to build coping skills and promote thriving. The ReST philosophy is that there are many routes to achieving greater resiliency. Each week participants choose from a menu of six exercises in the areas of goal-setting, emotional skills, social connection, health, meaning, and self-talk. ReST is based on the simple premise that by increasing our engagement in resiliency-building activities we will increase our capacity to thrive.
