As part of their 2018 Midwest Tour, the Luther College Concert Band, under the direction of Joan deAlbuquerque, will perform an abbreviated program at Central High School, 1801 Losey Blvd. South, La Crosse, Wisconsin, at 2:30 pm Wednesday, March 27.
