The Passing Zone

Providing some of the best entertainment in the Driftless Region, the Luther College Center Stage Series is back.

The Passing Zone "Saves the World" is the premier event. It will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 in the Main Hall of the Center for Faith and Life.

From the Tonight Show to America's Got Talent, Luther alumnus Jon Wee '88 and Owen Morse are the hilarious duo who take juggling to a surprisingly dangerous level in an effort to "save the world." Watch as these five-time Guinness World Record holders and 18-time International Jugglers' Association gold medalists attempt to save the world through awe-inspiring stunts and side-splitting laughter.

During the 2019-20 academic year, Luther has planned 10 unforgettable acts as well as two school productions that include a variety of comedic, musical and thought-provoking acts.

"Our 2019-20 Center Stage Series continues a long tradition of providing the Luther community and our region with quality entertainment that will awe, inspire and move audiences young and old alike," said Jeff Leschensky, associate director of campus programming. "This year's artist come from across the country and the world to share their gifts of music, drama, comedy and dance."
