Alumni and Friends Virtual Book Club

Over four sessions in January and February, you can join fellow alumni and friends to discuss “Demon Copperhead” by Barbara Kingsolver. The book is an updated version of Dicken’s “David Copperfield,“ set in rural Appalachia and covering the themes of socioeconomic inequality, addiction, loyalty, and hope.

There is no cost, but registration is limited. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own book.

The virtual book club will meet on Tuesday evenings, January 21, 28, February 4, 11, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Central Time.
