What: Workshops & Field Trips on Developing Urban Food Systems & Food Justice
Start off the weekend by going out on the town with local food activists and see what’s being done now in the Chicago Area related to food justice, urban farming, nutrition, food scarcity and food service workers.
End the day and start the next with good old fashioned workshops on your favorite topics! Learn about the Real Food Calculator and learn about the field trips in more depth as well as an assortment of other great workshops.
