Mary Lynn works with donors across the country to build relationships and invite gifts in support of key initiatives, with a special focus on planned/deferred gifts.
Mary Lynn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College and holds Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University of Iowa. The majority of her career was in fundraising at the University of Iowa serving as the Assistant Librarian for Advancement. A Winneshiek county native, Mary Lynn and her husband reside in the Amana Colonies where they are active within their church and community. Mary Lynn joined the Luther Advancement staff in 2021.
