Blaise Schaeffer ’16 Celebration of Life

A celebration of Blaise’s life will be held on Saturday May 30, 2026 at Peace Dining Hall from 1:00-4:30 p.m. on the campus of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Please arrive promptly, as the celebration starts at 1:00 p.m. with a video of Blaise’s wonderful life, followed by an opportunity for family and friends to share their Blaise stories. Food and fellowship will then be available. Afterwards, at 4:00 p.m., we will proceed to the soccer pitch at Luther as a final honor to Blaise.
