Rachel (Schutte) Vsetecka ’09

About

Rachel leads Luther College’s alumni engagement and donor relations efforts, providing strategic oversight for alumni programs, donor stewardship and recognition initiatives, constituent experience, and signature engagement events. She partners closely with colleagues across campus to strengthen lifelong relationships with alumni, families, donors, volunteers, and friends, fostering meaningful connections, inspiring philanthropic support, and highlighting the impact of their engagement and generosity.

In addition to her role at Luther, Rachel serves on the Regional Health Services of Howard County Foundation Board. She graduated from Luther in 2009 with a degree in management and resides outside of Cresco with her husband, Rod, and their two children. Rachel and Rod are proud Luther parents of their daughter, Danica, who is currently a Luther student!
