    Luther College announces grants of tenure and promotions

    Luther College President Paula Carlson and Dean of the College Kevin Kraus have announced promotions and grants of tenure for current faculty members. At its February meeting, the Luther Board of Regents approved tenure for six faculty members and promotion to full professor for four faculty members.

    The second Song Jam of the 2014-15 Luther College Art Song Jamboree series will be held at 5:15 p.m. Monday, March 9, in the Recital Hall of the Center for Faith and Life on the Luther campus.

    Luther to host Ethnic Arts Festival and Oneota Film Festival

    Luther College continues to celebrate the cultures of the world by hosting the Ethnic Arts Festival in conjunction with the 2015 Oneota Film Festival. The Oneota Film Festival, hosted by Luther College, will take place the same weekend as the Ethnic Arts Festival, beginning at 4:15 p.m. Friday, March 6.

    Kevin Kraus, Luther College vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college, announces more than 700 Luther students were named to the 2014 fall semester Dean's List.
