The concert, in the Center for Faith and Life Main Hall on Luther's campus, is open to the public with no charge for admission.
Seven ensembles will perform, including Aurora, Cantorei, Cathedral Choir, Collegiate Chorale, Norsemen, Wind and Percussion Ensemble and Varsity Band.
Aurora, comprised of first-year women, and Cathedral Choir, comprised mostly of Luther sophomore females with some upperclass men, are under the direction of Jennaya Robison, Luther assistant professor of music.
Cantorei, a choral ensemble of approximately 85 women, is conducted by Linda Martin, Luther instructor of music, and will sing "Sanctus" from "Messe Basse" by Gabriel Faure, accompanied by Brad Schultz on the organ. The ensemble will also perform "There is a Balm in Gilead" arranged by Ysaye M. Barnwell.

The Luther Wind and Percussion Ensemble, a 50-person ensemble of outstanding band students whose membership is determined through auditions, is under the direction of Joan deAlbuquerque, associate professor of music. The group will perform "Heaven's Light" by Steven Reineke, and Suite on Celtic Folk Songs, Movement I: March by Tomohiro Tatebe.
Varsity Band consists of approximately 100 students, and is distinctive amongst collegiate concert bands due to the diverse make up of the student body, with students also participating in athletics, music education and coming from places as far as Burma. The band is conducted by Jon Ailabouni, adjunct faculty in music, and will perform "Flourish for Wind Band" by Ralph Vaughan Williams and "Hosts of Freedom March" by Karl L. King.
