Practice Schedule

Fall Season:

Outdoor practice (at IM fields): September-November, 4x per week

Our focus in the fall is getting to know new players and teaching the game.

 

Winter Training:

Indoor practice (in the SRC): January-February, 4x per week

Indoor training focuses on conditioning, strengthening and preparing for the Spring season.

 

Spring Season: 

Outdoor practice (at IM fields): March-May, 4x per week

The Spring season is our competitive season, where our main focus is to develop the team to compete at the national level.
