Open Enrollment Information 2015

Welcome to open enrollment for 2015

Open enrollment is the annual opportunity for Luther employees to evaluate and make changes to Luther College benefit elections including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, retirement savings and flexible spending accounts.

We want to make sure you know that there is a new dental insurance plan for the same rate; there are changes to the health plan and important deadlines. Please read the entire email for the new and notable information. The most important piece to note is that coverage will remain the same unless by Dec. 19 you:

  • Change your health and/or dental insurance coverage; i.e. deductible changes – see HR website
  • Change dependents from health and/or dental insurance – see HR website
  • Enroll in health and/or dental, if eligible, but not currently covered – see HR website
  • Change your retirement contribution – see HR website
  • Change your voluntary life insurance – contact Human Resources, 387-1134
