All Luther students are encouraged to consider presenting their research or creative work at the Luther College Student Research Symposium.
The first step in the process is to talk with a faculty member with whom you have worked to develop an abstract for submission. You will need a faculty "sponsor" for your application. Be sure that your faculty sponsor has seen and approved your abstract before you apply.
Then, to apply, complete the Abstract Submission Form, which can be filled out and submitted electronically. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 17, 2017.
Please consult the "Tips for Writing Abstracts" page for help in writing a strong abstract.
Please note: This year, the Opening Plenary session of the Symposium will feature presentation of one or two of the research or creative projects submitted. Your application will automatically be considered for this honor, and the organizers will notify you if your project is chosen.
