Pay Rate:  $7.25 per hour

Are you looking for a great way to get outside this summer? Do you love working with kids? The Luther College Environmental Studies Department is looking for summer interns to help teach our summer Discovery Camp programs from June 1st – July 31st. Must have valid driver’s license, recommendations required. Please note that one of more of the interns holding this position may be asked to assist with the Luther College Environmental Studies Pre-College Program.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting and leading environmental programs for area youth
  • Organizing and planning group activities
  • Assisting with program operations
  • Mentoring and having fun with students from ages: 7 – 15

  1. Submit the Student Summer Employment Application to the Office of Human Resources, Main 25, by March 2, 2015. 
  2. Complete the online common application on the Luther College sustainability web site, making sure to answer Discovery Camp-specific questions.
