Sponsored by Center for Sustainable Communities
Wondering what to do with your bike as the weather starts to cool down? Do not fear - Center for Sustainable Communities is hosting its yearly free bike storage program for Luther students, faculty, and staff.
To participate, make sure your bike is registered. Non-registered bikes will not be accepted. Registering your bike makes it easier to find if stolen and is free and easy to do! Stop by the Welcome Desk at Dahl Centennial Union and they will help you and issue you a registration sticker. If you already have a Decorah registration sticker, you are all set.
Bicycles will be placed in secure, dry storage in the Ashmore-Jewell Barn (the red barn next to Baker Village.) The bikes will be locked together and placed in storage by college personnel. November 14th and 15th, from 3pm-6pm, are the only two days that we will accept bikes for winter storage. A $25 fee will be issued for storing your bike outside of the assigned dates.
