Professors Stratis Giannakouros and Hongmei Yu and Luther student Jack Rosenwinkel ('16) will be presenting insights from their summer research on the urbanization project in Northern China to the Luther Community. The presentation will include photos, preliminary findings and Q&A about the research trip.

Winneshiek Energy District, in collaboration with Luther College’s Center for Sustainable Communities and the Northeast Iowa Peace and Justice Center, is offering opportunities on May 18 and 19 for local residents to learn about and comment on development of Iowa’s Clean Power Plan.
