Sustainability Research Interests

My research recently has been in three areas:

  1. Education for sustainability. I continue to work on projects related to learning outcomes and strategies for integrating sustainability into higher education curricula both in the US and abroad.
  2. Community change strategies. I use a systems approach to better understand ways to intervene to help communities move toward sustainability.
  3. Applied ethics. I have done some work on the ethics of specific environmental issues.
