2017 Fall Activities Fair Registration Form

This year the fair will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2017 on Bell Green Lawn from 11-1pm.  Please have your table set-up at 10:45am.  In addition, organizations are encouraged to have at least one representative from their organization in attendance of Stu Orgs 101 from 10:15-10:45am in Valders 206.


Organizations are encouraged to:

1) Create a table banner to display your organization name
       -materials can be found in the Student Organization Suite-paper, glue, etc.

2) Have a sign-up sheet or laptop to collect emails of those interested in your group

3) Be prepared to talk about how often you will meet or events you are excited about in the fall semester


Wear you organization's apparel

Candy or promo gifts to encourage students to stop at your table


*Organizations are required to tear down and load their own table on the Facilities truck or will be fined $5.00.
