Activities Fair

To participate in the 2014 SAC Activities Fair, the following needs to be done before you leave campus for summer break:

  1. If you are a recognized student organization, an Update Form needs to be completed providing current contact, advisor and organizational information.  If an Update Form has been filled out since January 1, 2014, and all information is still accurate, a new one does not need to be submitted. You can verify information we have on file and the last date an Update Form was submitted by going to our Student Organization Tracking spreadsheet.
  1. Fill out the Activities Fair Registration Form (Below).

Once we receive your form(s), we will expect to see you on the Bell Green next fall.  Facilities Services will deliver tables and we ask each group to be responsible for setting up their own table by 11:15 a.m.  In addition, all organizations will be responsible for returning their table to the Facilities Services truck at 1:30 p.m. - failure to do so will result in a $5.00 fine.

Completion of this form is required for your organization to participate in the SAC Fall Activities Fair.  Tables will be spread out in the Bell Green.  Please indicate if you wish to be set up by another organization below and we will do our best to accommodate you.
