Second Activities Fair

To participate in the 2016 Feb Activities Fair:

  1. If you are a recognized student organization, an Update Form needs to be completed providing current contact, advisor and organizational information.  If all information is still accurate, a new one does not need to be submitted.
  1. Fill out the Activities Fair Registration Form (Below).

Once we receive your form(s), we will expect to see you in Williams Lounge, D.C. Union.  Facilities Services will deliver tables and we ask each group to be responsible for setting up their own table by 5:45 p.m!

Please mark your calendar that the Second Activities Fair will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2016. In case of rain, the Fair will be postponed to Thursday, September 3rd from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. in Dahl Centennial Union.

Completion of this form is required for your organization to participate in the SAC Fall Activities Fair.  Tables will be spread out in the William Lange. Please note some organizations will shape another organization due to a limit of 45 tables. Organizations are encouraged to bring promotional giveaways or information about their group to give to prospective members.
