Luther won its third match in a row and leveled its overall record to 4-4 following a 3-1 victory over Lawrence this morning at the ACM Tournament hosted by Macalester College.

After jumping out to a 2-0 lead with set victories of 25-18, 25-9, the Norse dropped set three 21-25, and then rebounded to post a 25-12 victory in the fourth and deciding set.

Emma Veum and Anna Larson led the Norse attack with 12 and 11 kills respectively. Brandi Knupp, Larson and Taylor Gaide all posted double digit dig totals. Knupp led all players in this category with 14.

Lindsey Ryan entered this match needing 36 assists to established a new career record for this category. Ryan was credited with 39 and is now the all-time leader. with 3,612 career assists. She passed Katie Kuhlman (2000-03) who tallied 3,609 during her career.
