The nationally ranked Luther softball team, was named the 2015-15 NCAA III statistical champion for doubles per game. The Norse tallied a single season school record 99 doubles, for an average of 2.25 per game. The Norse were led by 2015 NFCA second team All-American Carli Radil in this category who belted out 17.
The Norse also ranked second for batting average (.384), fourth for fielding percentage (.977), and fifth for both runs scored per game (7.75) and slugging percentage (.553) on the national statistical lists.
Luther finished the season with a record of 38-6 and one game away from advancing to the NCAA III Super Regionals.
