Trailing by as many as 10 points in the first half, the Norse battled back and took the lead for good on a pair of free throws by Sarah Holtz, that gave the Norse a 55-54 advantage with 6:58 left in the game. The Norse outscored the Storm 13-7 the rest of the way to secure the victory.

Four Norse tallied double digits. Katie Waller led this foursome with 15 points. Laura Hamilton was credited with 12, while Holtz and Grayson Schroeder produced 11 and 10 respectively. Holtz also produced a double-double pulling down 10 rebounds.
Simpson was led by Noreen Morrow who also had a double-double. Morrow tallied a game high 21 points and matched Holtz's rebound total with 10.

Luther has already locked up the No. 2 seed for the IIAC Tournament. The Norse will wrap up its regular season schedule this Saturday, Feb. 18, when they will host the Dutch of Central College. Start time slated for 2:00 p.m.
