Luther traveled to Univeristy of Dubuque for a first round game of the Iowa Conference Tournament and dropped a hard fought 80-74 overtime decision to the Spartans.
Meagan Koepnick, who scored a career high 23 points, sent the game into the extra frame with a three-pointer with under 10 seconds left on the clock. Koepnick finished the game one trey shy of tying the Luther single game school record of six established by Sarah Laposky in 2004.

Mollie Whiting carried the Spartans on her back scoring 41 points, four shy of the league's single game scoring record.
Taylor Johnson and Carrie Kilen joined Koepnick in double digits with 20 and 15 respectively. Kileen's effort is a career high. Johnson also completed the year posting her 22nd career double-double grabbing 11 rebounds.
Luther was making its first appearance in the IIAC Tournament for the first time in four years. The Norse completed the year with a record of 13-13.
Dubuque (20-6) will travel to Wartburg College (16-9) Friday, Feb. 22, for a semifinal game that will start at 7:00 p.m.
