Five Luther College Men's Cross Country Student-Athletes Earn 2019 USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCCA) has announced that five Luther College cross country student-athletes have earned All-Academic Honors. 

In total, there were 309 men who earned All-Academic mention from the USTFCCCA in Division III. In order to be named USTFCCCA All-Academic, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) and finish in the top-25 percent at their respective regional.

Earning this honor was senior Collin Kern (Bloomington, Minn./Kennedy), juniors Dan Iselin (Greendale, Wis./Platteville) and Sam Schillinger (Cedar Falls, Iowa), and sophomore Tom Altier (Granger, Iowa/Johnston). 

There were 199 competitors at the Central Regional hosted by Wartburg College (IA) held November 16, 2019.
