Campers will be exposed to championship-level technique presented by successful coaches and wrestlers. They will be asked to take notes on the techniques covered, and there will be a technique review session each evening. Campers will also do a significant amount of live wrestling. Each camper will be assigned to a counselor, and each counselor will be assigned to 10 or fewer campers. Thus, campers will get a lot of one-on-one attention. The camp is not designed for beginners.
