Message to Parents

The philosophy of the Luther Boys Basketball Camp is to provide all campers with a positive environment for learning the game of basketball. Our staff will work hard to ensure that you have a great camp experience at Luther College. Fundamental sessions will be broken down into separate clinics that teach specific skill work. After the skill is taught, the focus will be getting each camper the most repetitions possible. A player report card will be kept on each camper and given to him at the end of the week. This report card will note particular strengths and weaknesses, and offer suggestions for individual improvement. Game competition against boys of your son's age and ability level will be scheduled. Every participant will play a minimum of one half of every game. The camp will have a ratio of eight campers to one coach, allowing for the most individual attention and maximum repetitions possible.
