Luther kept its win streak alive defeating Mount Saint Mary (NY) by a final of 9-0. The win was the eighth in a row for the Norse and the fourth time this year they have held an opponent scoreless.
In doubles, Luther dropped just five games. Anders Jensen and Nate Parsons posted an (8-3) win at No. 1; Brian Murman and Cole Schneider won at No. 2 (8-2); and Sakchham Karki and Jake Smith won at No. 3 (8-0).
All six singles matches were won in straight sets. Ryan Ortega at No. 5, was the only Norse to not drop a game during his straight set victory.
The win gives Luther an overall record of 10-1. The Norse will return to action tomorrow when they will face Huntingdon College (AL) at 8:00 a.m. EST.
