Today, amidst many unknowns, one thing is certain: the world needs Luther students. And Luther students need us.

In honor of our class and in recognition that Luther College students need our support now more than ever, a group of classmates have created the Class of 1970 $70,000 Reunion Matching Challenge.

This challenge is offered by generous sponsors: Susan (Boettcher) '70 and John Boehm '64, Mark ‘70 and Vicki (Mohlis) Donhowe ‘70, Glen '70 and Kathy (Selzer) Johnson '71, William '70 and Carolyn (Peterson) Kobler '70, Charles '70 and Christine (Lindgren) Lane '70,  Lyle ‘70 and Sue (Johnston) Luzum ‘70, and Solveig (Johnson) Walstrom '70.

Thanks to these challenge sponsors, your gift or pledge to the Luther Fund and/or the Class of 1970 endowed scholarship will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

The Luther Fund supports scholarships, financial aid, student organizations, and more. This year, gifts to the Luther Fund made it possible for the college to respond quickly to changing needs and invest in new technology to help support learning. The Class of 1970 endowed scholarship supports students who have a demonstrated financial need. Meeting the needs of students is possible with your help.
