The college apartments were built in the residential neighborhood on Ridge Road (just east of campus) in the early 1970s. The one bedroom units house traditional students; limited housing is available for married students upon request.
The air conditioned apartments provide a more independent living environment for upper class students while retaining campus connections. A board plan is required for students living in apartments without kitchens.
