Room Draw Book

Room draw is a process by which current students select housing. Luther College provides a wide variety of housing options for students, including townhouses, apartments, residential houses, suites, clusters, triple rooms, double rooms, and single rooms.

The room selection process begins in late February and continues through early May for the upcoming academic year. You have nothing to lose by applying! If you do not get your first choice for housing, you may submit another application before the next deadline. However, once you have selected your room for the upcoming academic year, you may not include your name on any other housing applications.

The Room Draw Book has detailed information about the draw process and housing options. Students are responsible for application deadlines posted on the Room Draw calendar.
